When we arrived, the room wasn't set up for the third guest, even though it said a bed would be provided. I felt really let down when the staff didn't handle it well, leaving us to deal with a fold-out bed ourselves.

Apartments were spacious and well equipped, but dishwasher and extractor fan was very noisy. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, a fleecy underlay would have helped that problem. The bedrooms needed curtains, as the light came through the blinds in the early morning. Friendly staff and good location.

I was very eager to visit the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, so I chose the Quest because of its great location close to this iconic site. Its proximity to the vibrant bars, restaurants, and cafés of Fitzroy and Acland Streets was a good bonus! I loved the variety of eateries and found it exciting to explore the local food scene. the complimentary wireless Internet access proved invaluable during my stay, allowing me to plan my visits easily. It was a perfect base for my adventures in St Kilda!
Bathroom needs a remodel.

Had a great time in St Kilda! Comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a handy kitchen. The pool was super refreshing after a day out, though it got a bit crowded. Perfect location, close to everything fun! Just wished for a second TV in the bedroom.

Great location, very handy to interesting shops and excellent restaurants, beach, trams to/through city. And the Quest was remarkably quiet and private as well. We enjoyed having all the appliances of a home - full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Staff were well informed and helpful, and plenty of information was available - maps, activities, events, shows, exhibitions, sports, churches, etc.

A cozy home in St Kilda
The apartment was spacious and clean, with easy access to the beach and lively cafes just a short walk away. The staff was cute.
We encountered loud neighbors that disturbed our sleep on occasion. The mattress was not to our liking, impacting our comfort during the night.

All in all a nice hotel. I found the restaurant hours a bit restrictive, but apart from that all fine. A clean establishment with good staff.

We had a pleasant stay at Quest St Kilda Bayside with our four-month-old baby. The location is fantastic—close to pubs, shops, and attractions like Luna Park, while the beautiful area is just a short Uber ride to South Melbourne markets. The spacious rooms and handy kitchen made it easy to manage our needs, while the outdoor swimming pool offered a lovely space to relax together as a family.

Wonderful location for our trip and an interesting part of Melbourne I was previously unfamilar with. Excellent full services in hotel room with complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Also good carparking although I did not need this this trip.
